No show / Cancellation Policy

The Groom Room understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore we encourage appointments to be canceled or modified at least 6 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a flat charge of $50. No shows and cancellations cause a significant financial burden on small business’ and limit access for other clients.
